Saanich Peninsula Real Estate Information

On the tip of the Peninsula is Swartz Bay. This is where the ferries come in from Vancouver. This is located in North Saanich. It is very scenic as much of the land is still in agriculture and many of the homes are on one acre or half acre lots and/or waterfront. This is where you'll find the town of Brentwood Bay (also on the ocean) and the famous Butchart Gardens. On the Peninsula, condominiums generally average $400,000 to $500,000; townhouses from $450,000 to $675,000 and houses from $675,000 to $800,000. Waterfront properties on the peninsula would start around $1,900,000.00.
